Whole Foods, Plant-based diet

A plant-based diet focuses on minimally processed foods (ideally none at all). By sticking to whole foods, you are encouraged to enjoy meals that are specifically plants, vegetables, fruits, nuts and grains cooked with no oil, which is effective at stimulating weight loss and improving health dramatically.

Gluten intolerance is very common, you can easily enjoy the recipes by substituting ingredients or foods with gluten-free alternatives. It’s always wise to read labels, especially if you have allergies or avoiding certain additives.
